  • To help children think about, reflect upon, and discuss positive as well as negative aspects of the world we live in so that they begin to form an understanding of the world around them
  • To get children to form dependable views on what they think it will take to make the world a better place
  • To promote optimism and hope in children, and help them focus on positive developments around them
  • To realize that to bring about positive change requires consistent support, participation and contributions from citizens
